what do you think about the like peptides and growth factors that could otherwise be denatured during cooking as well
The headline is broadly defensible, but the qualifications matter. Effect sizes vary by population, the strongest claims rest on shorter trials, and credible voices push back on how it's typically framed.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
like i know liver king one of his claims is well i don't know how like strongly he believes it or if he just does it as like an insurance policy but he eats raw because he wants to retain these like growth factors that i would get i'd be skeptical that they're even bioavailable to do something you know actively whereas like typically that's like a you know uh i don't know in paracrine function where you have like in intracellular concentrations of hormones being produced and just like eating it is not necessarily yielding like an active effect so i would be skeptical that it even does anything
