but nuts or seeds and if you look at them there's lots of toxins and nuts that really mess up our digestion seeds are a great example as well so what's in the seeds well there first of all there's lectins which are carbohydrate binding proteins which I think more and more people are starting to talk about you know and the idea is that these carbohydrate binding proteins and plants look very different than the lectins that are in animals and they can really interfere with our immune system
