but I think carbohydrates are this signal of abundance for humans more to come on that later in this podcast and I know that that's going to be hard for many of you to wrap your head around but I would encourage you to stay curious and stay open because the literature really does have many articles many experiments that are in support of that view and if you look at things like your cortisol to dhes ratio if you look at your sex hormones I think you will see and that in addition to other things like fasting insulin and CRP and other things you could even look at things like MGO methylglyoxal metrics that overall your blood work and your physiology is going to be better when you are eating carbohydrates
