I can usually tell when I'm on a ketogenic state just because of my mental clarity I think we probably all go in and out of ketosis throughout the day and that's generally what I aim for I I think you probably could eat 510 percent of your diet as carbs and it depends how many you're burning and if you have a caloric surplus for a deficit you could technically eat a hundred percent of your calories as carbs if you have a caloric deficit and still be in ketosis
