when you have a cheat meal you kind of psychologically sabotage yourself right if you're spending six days of the week dreaming about your one day way of getting to eat the foods you really want to eat you're basically putting yourself in a mental prison right and saying I'm eating all this food that I don't want to really want to eat and then on Sunday I get to eat the foods that I really want to eat right and to me that's backwards
