like certainly our life was not easy when we were indigenous hunter-gatherers but so many of these things kind of fell back into line when we were part of an ecosystem we were eating bison you know our Native American ancestors reading bison off the plane in the United States like that's it that's an ecosystem that's a that's a bison dying on the plains putting all this nutrients back into the earth it's a bison eating grass it's the Native Americans like putting all the compost of the vitam the Bison back into the earth it's a native americans not mono cropping anywhere and you think the nutrient quality of that soil has to be so much better what's in the plan so spices they're part of an ecosystem
