do those plant foods do anything for you that you can't get by living well otherwise this is the equation i would challenge all of you to consistently ask yourselves what is the net benefit not the gross benefit the net benefit of plant foods in your life is it really going to give you more glutathione or protect your dna more i'd say no i say that is and the evidence that they will is pretty shaky especially if you are doing other things right getting sun getting environmental hormesis heat cold sunlight exercise etc and eating animal foods and the least toxic plant foods giving your body the nutrients it needs to make glutathione protect the dna on its own and then you get less toxins
