I feel like anyone who has like a sweet tooth just drink that they won't ever want cake or freaking ice cream ever again right I think that's the hack it's not that you it's not that you shouldn't eat sweet Foods it's that you should eat foods that are healthy that are sweet the whole food sweet foods like honey or maple syrup that's such a good way because people are going to Crave the sweet things and in the community people think like oh I'm carb addicted because I like honey and it's like no you just actually like honey yeah your body just actually wants honey
