Nature real fresh food uh Community exercise like these are four really basic things that out for most people's Lifestyles you almost never have all four of those going and yet those are commonly used as like interventions when people are depressed or you get these things in okay I exercised I started to feel better I started to eat real nutrition instead of processed junk started to feel better um finding people to connect with spending time in nature yet that's literally just the Baseline so if people are out there depressed not feeling well for me it was the the fact I couldn't exercise I couldn't play basketball hooked on painkilling drugs I was really depressed now coming all this time and realizing wow these basic things you have here almost no one has we got to be a little bit easier on oursel like if we don't feel happy all the time we don't even have the Baseline to start feeling that way and so the four this was a really interesting part of our conversation yesterday when we were sitting by the pool you got diet some nutrition movement exercise nature Community yeah I I agree I think those are four tenants
