and the best sources are tallow cocoa butter is actually a good source as well
and I just wanted to emphasize on stearic acid which is an 18 carbon saturated fatty acid that I've been fascinated by it's in Tallow it's in suet you know which is why I'm so excited about these animal fats it's in butter it's in milk it's in animal fats it's in Cocoa Butter also but that's the only plant source of stearic acid that I'm aware of
