you know like it's a it's a range of kind of you know well well-raised um no-stale meats with lots of broths so yeah an important part is kind of breaking down the collagen which you know we just don't talk about in the modern diet at all which is the the the foundations they it gives you the amino acids for both um you know bone structure dentin gums uh all of that is is is treasured in the traditional diet and they top it off with fermented foods you know and some um seasonal vegetables
