carbohydrates in the form of fruit and honey get vilified all the time but there is no good evidence these are harmful for you at all I've done previous videos defending fruit defending fructose in a food form it behaves totally differently in a food form than it does when it's isolated in the gut or when you're looking at rat models or Mouse models where these animals do much higher levels of denova lipogenesis converting fructose to Fat than humans do humans don't convert much fructose to Fat at all it's negligible
