so what i did is i put them in a jar and put them in the freezer and that kind of puts them into a torpor right so they really slowed down or stopped moving all together so about an hour in the freezer then i washed and dried them uh and then i tossed them in a bit of oil added chorizo spices to them and salt laid them out on the baking sheet put them in the oven at 375 for less than 10 minutes until they're real crispy
