which is what part of the healthy diet and what part of the of the standard american diet are so damaging because it sounds like uh in your standard american diet people are going to be having processed food which is going to be certainly much higher in linoleic acid although i don't know it would be interesting to look at levels of linoleic acid in those two diets presumably those uh potato the french fries are cooked in some sort of vegetable oil and so i wonder about that kind of stuff too
