avoid processed foods focus on meat and fruit when you wake up in the morning go outside for 10 minutes outside in the sunlight don't use sunglasses take your shoes off and touch the Earth in the middle of the day take a 30-minute walk outside and when you go to sleep at night avoid looking at your phone stop scrolling for at least an hour before you go to sleep and try to go to sleep at the same time every night doing these things for 30 days is better than any medication
