predominantly the vast majority of what I ate was was Whole Foods and so I was eating I would get you know chicken or beef and I never really did much pork but just out of preference but you know then I'd make a salad you know with uh you know mixed greens or lettuce or spinach and spinach was supposed to be really great so I I made a lot of spinach salads and um I was never really big into carbs like bread and things like that but every now and then i' I'd have a bit of pasta mostly what I was doing was was uh just meat and meat and veg that was pretty much it
