I think if you gonna do raw liver you just got to make sure it's good source yeah good source liver freeze it before I really like the raw liver again it's super controversial this is like too hot for television to say that you can eat raw liver as a doctor so don't do that I can't officially recommend that as a physician but I think it's safe and I do it

When I do it raw I make sure to freeze it for a couple of weeks prior to get rid of anything that's bad in there
i eat raw liver now every day i try to make sure it's from a good source you can always pre-freeze it but there's always a risk of eating a raw organ
it's probably important to get it frozen deep frozen as much as you can but it's just i never want to recommend raw organs to a woman in pregnancy and have there be a bad outcome
