I'm really talking about like tremendous over consumption so bodybuilder levels of you know consuming you know massive amounts of protein in this in the in the what I think is mistaken believes that more is always better and again there is literature showing that you know the tascam is also high with with certain dairy and meat intake that asking them can be detrimental when people have kidney problems and attack and exacerbate and then in some cases when people have fun kidney illness that reducing the amount of the intake seems to make it beneficial again I think there's all kinds of ways around this and I'm not a physician so I don't see patients and I don't have to advise them about this sort of thing but it's come up in the literature that I've read over and over so I want to put this warning out there only that I don't think that it's a great idea to say you know if 70 grams of protein is good then 700 grams of protein is even better and that there there is limits and even the even the annuit sand Eskimos reported the same thing that overconsumption of protein hurt them and you know they would they would focus also on on consuming healthy fats as opposed to only consuming meat and again from the diaries of the the individuals on the Lewis and Clark expedition they also said that when they only had very lean meat to eat that they actually got ill
