phytic acid which is this chemical I mentioned earlier I just make this this you know I gesticulate like this it's a big molecular chelate it bites onto minerals so phytic acid we know will prevent you from absorbing any minerals that you're eating with that phytic acid so if you eat almond milk in the morning with an egg for instance you're going to absorb less of the nutrients specifically the minerals from the egg because of the phytic acid in the almond milk
