if we only eat the muscle meat we're going to get copper deficient and that's gonna be over real problem
The headline is broadly defensible, but the qualifications matter. Effect sizes vary by population, the strongest claims rest on shorter trials, and credible voices push back on how it's typically framed.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
copper where do you get copper this is a key Point here guys you need to get liver to get copper there's no copper in muscle meat of any significant amount there's copper in mushrooms and some mushrooms questionable bioavailability but I think the best source of copper is clearly liver
I don't think like muscle meat doesn't have much copper at all. I don't think you have to eliminate all organ meats. It's really just the liver.
