try fruit for dessert at night instead of stuff you know you don't want to put in your body that's great advice that's all i have like after all this time that's the only advice i personally have for someone yeah i don't have i mean i've never heard a single argument against fruit it's just it tastes great it's good for you it's filled with vitamins especially you know things like oranges and pineapple and stuff yeah papaya and is that bad how can it be so [ __ ] delicious but i did at one point actually think that like fruit was bad just because it was like sugar and carbs yeah but i think for me it was realizing that well wait a second but meanwhile i'm binging on pizza at night or whatever you know what i mean so i've felt so much i feel like my internal health has been a lot better making fruit my dessert you know yes i think so
