seems to me the best I feel is if I add as much fat as like in tolerate which is quite a bit and I've been eating more and more and more the longer I've been on the diet it took ten months for me to enjoy fat like I used to cut it all off because I'd eat it and like be greasy and kind of make me gag and I wasn't gonna force myself to eat something that my body was like no but then you know ten months into the diet I had fat one day and it was tasted like water I was like whoa the steak is really good but it turns out something had just switched in my body and I could I guess I must have just been able to break down fat better
