those uh defatted chicken breasts you see in the supermarket it's probably the best way to go I mean the dark meat and chicken is where most of the fat is so if you're gonna eat chicken you're probably and you know what I mean honestly every once in a while I like having a chicken stir fry or something and that's what I do I'll get the you know the skinless chicken breasts and chop that up and use that and then add some healthy fat like coconut oil to it or something or butter whatever
