so it's just a fascinating set of sort of mechanistic explanations that really suggest that these these seed oils can be quite problematic for humans in terms of satiety and most diets don't do anything to avoid seed oils whether it's Weight Watchers or whatever diet a vegan diet isn't going to tell you to avoid seed oils and so you're still pumping your body full of excess amounts of linoleic acid triggering those endocannabinoid receptors in the proximal part the the part of your small intestine that's closest to the stomach and sabotaging your satiety
you're eating an evolutionarily inconsistent diet with these seed oils that's the problem the problem is not that you need to block the cannaboid receptor system or you know you need that's that's that's reductionist thinking
it's just because you're eating Foods specifically seed oils probably that are evolutionarily inappropriate we never ate 70 years of corn and it's hijacking your satiety so that's the problem
