both stevia and splenda have been shown to disrupt the gut microbiome they disrupt quorum sensing which is how bacteria talk in the gut
We can't find evidence that holds up here. Proponents are reasoning from mechanism or analogy rather than direct human data, and the most credible skeptics raise objections we can't dismiss.

there is solid evidence that artificial sweeteners like aspartame sucralose and saccharin negatively affect communication between bacteria within the gut
I believe strongly artificial sweeteners are very harmful for your gut there's good evidence that artificial sweeteners Stevia sucralose aspartame interrupt Quorum sensing which is communication between bacteria
artificial sweeteners things like Stevia sucralose which is Splenda aspartame can interrupt Quorum sensing which is communication between the microbes and your guts
your diabetes they're messing up your gut flora and they're worsening your your immune response and your insulin response to these Foods so important to consider all those aspects of these artificial sweeteners and these artificial sweeteners and things like saccharin Ace K which is acel Fame K aspartame and Sucralose and also Stevia
yes they don't have calories but there's some very interesting research both on the way that artificial sweeteners things like Stevia sucralose which is Splenda aspartame can interrupt Quorum sensing which is communication between the microbes and your guts
that is Splenda an artificial sweetener that we know is going to disrupt the gut microbiome by interrupting the communication between the bacteria in your gut which is called Quorum sensing
all of those acek aspartame and Sucralose negatively affect the gut Flora by interfering with Quorum sensing which is essentially text messaging between your gut bacteria
we know that sucralose and Splenda is a problem because it disrupts the gut Flora by interrupting the way they communicate
But these artificial sweeteners, I think, are sinister. And I've talked about these for years now. And what are some examples of the art? Superlo, ACK, and aspartame are the big ones. And ace K is sometimes as fame K on the label. Sucralose is sometimes as Splenda is the brand name. So those are the three big ones. And I've been talking about these for years. And whenever I would talk about it, people in the health space would say, "Look, Paul, here's a huge metaanalysis that shows drinking diet soda is weight neutral compared to drinking or even better than drinking soda with sugar." Right? So you're So there's nothing to worry about with these artificial sweeteners. And I think like yeah, you're missing the forest for the trees. like they definitely affect the way the microbiome um is communicating. So there's quorum sensor sensing is a word that we used to talk about how bacteria and viruses and fungi and our guts communicate with each other. The artificial sweeteners definitely change that potentially in a negative way.
