saturated fat will raise LDL and hopefully at this point in the podcast people will say okay saturated fat might raise LDL maybe that's not a bad thing and this is probably just biochemistry I think this is the biochemistry of how these fats are trafficked and moved right

Saturated fat has gotten a bad wrap for so long guys but if you really look at the medical research it's a totally healthy fat for humans at worst it's neutral from a cardiovascular perspective
