the the cardiogenic bacteria they love sugar they metabolize the sugars that actually energy for them every time that they see it so the the way they they have a very uh they have capability of attaching the tooth surface all this bacteria so they they get together and they stick to each other they and they have the ability to secrete that extra uh cellular matrix that is like a glue and the and we call biofilm and that attached to the tube so every time that you put sugar they take that sugar they metabolize that sugar as energy source and they multiply and they they grow with other food that we put it on on the other cavity as well but what happens that when they might metabolize sugar they secrete acids and that acid is the one who destroyed the enamel future
