my concern is that that is going to enrich your diet in linoleic acid and rich sounds like a good thing but in this case enrich is a bad thing you don't want to diet this high in linoleic acid
almost all bacon i've ever seen is garbage and i don't eat it because of that excess seed oils that gets stuck in the fat don't eat this if you really want to thrive
