we know that Rice contains Arsenic and heavy metals
Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.

Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
Rice in general has a lot of arsenic, guys. If you want to eat rice, you have to really keep an eye on your arsenic levels. A lot of rice has 100 to 150 parts per billion of arsenic. 100 plus times more arsenic in white rice or brown rice.
