one has been effectively broken down and it would have a higher rate of digestability correct no I think we've we've actually cooked meat the digestability is the same it will take a little bit longer for the for the steak than
you have more rapid gastric emptying the acid has already had more um um um space to actually have its effect faster um gastric emptying then it gets into the duodenum you don't have those big chunks of meat but you actually have those enzymes that can actually attach everywhere much easier so you get rapid more rapid digestion and absorption
the obvious examples you've given here would be how the food is cut and it could be you know ground beef versus whole beef how well the person chews all of those things impact the rate
