and the fact system most of it goes into the systemic circulation and very old studies when they were still studying you know the lipid absorption and what absorbs and what doesn't get absorbed notice that um fats with uh chain length of 12 carbons or less um tend to go mostly to the portal vein but you know and I think the cutoff is about eight so anything less than eight we'll probably get mostly to report of it between 1812 you'll get them like half and half anything higher than 12 actually you preferably 14 you're getting about 85 to 90 percent going through the portal I'm sorry to the lymphatic system which means that if you mix the steroids um with these longer chain fatty acids most of those most of that steroid will actually go into your bloodstream
