it's the same stuff that's in a kiwi right the kiwi maybe doesn't make the raphides but the different baking actually the kiwi makes rav hides they're just in a pectin bubble surrounding the seed and so that pectin bubble kind of protects us from direct contact in the mouth and throat so you don't feel it until unless you have some kind of enzymatic power to break down pectin which is a soluble fiber but you're still eating basically microscopic glass shreds
