So we hunted down uh this thing called Oximize? If you're a restaurant out there, give me a free tip. Use it. Basically, it is uh parasitic acid, which is a combination of hydrogen peroxide and vinegar. And then it's vinegar and hydrogen peroxide. So once it dries and breaks down, you're left with vinegar, >> oxygen, and water, I believe. So all all food safe.
