there have been certainly even studies like uh uh the alberta's tomorrow project is one that uh that comes to mind that uh where people had uh i want to say it was over a pound or a pound and a half of meat a week but also when co-consumed with a a lot of fruits and vegetables the association with cancer went from a positive association to a at least not significant uh uh relative risk of i think it was about 0.78 or 0.8 or something like that but in any case the point being is that when soup is part of a high quality diet in this case rich in fruits and vegetables the the association was flip flop that went from a protective one to a neutral one and uh potentially protective one
