Or I lost 75 pounds. I even had 1%. I lost 100 pounds. That's the only thing I did.
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.
Or I lost 75 pounds. I even had 1%. I lost 100 pounds. That's the only thing I did.
Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.

when people if they have either them use water in place of regular soda or diet drinks in place of regular soda that people actually lose a little bit more weight and it's statistically significant with the diet drinks
so we have several randomized control trials now where people like comparing not just diet soda I don't want to just say diet soda a lot of them are low no calorie beverages is kind of the what they talk about cuz not everything's technically diet soda but I think people know diet drinks in particular where they're comparing them they tell people either switch out either have Cola either have diet soda or or sorry diet drink or just use water now they absolutely every single one of these trials they lose weight going to diet drinks
my read of the literature, of people that drink artificially sweetened soda or stevia sweetened soda as an augment to their efforts to consume fewer than needed calories per day in order to lose body weight, body fat in particular, is that diet sodas can actually be a great assistance to people.
I lost 50 lbs right now what usually the next thing that people say is well why don't they just drink water okay again I'm trying to meet people where they're at okay some people have developed a habit Behavior whatever it is of drinking a soda water's great if I can drink water fantastic but you're GNA have a hard time convincing me they're not better off being 15 lb 20 lb 50 lb lighter by using diet soda compared to regular soda right
the people that are consuming these sugar sweetened beverages if they substitute them with like a diet soda which has Aspartame is that right usually aspartame some have sucos okay they like asame K as well like that sort of thing okay then it's it's clearly a benefit studies show it they're they're they're losing weight I mean you know more metabolically healthy more metabolically healthy
very consistently people lose weight and like actually a pretty good amount of weight there was a year-long randomized control trial I think where people lost like 7 and half kilograms just by substituting diet soda for regular soda
in several randomized control trials and metanalyses now where they compare substituting regular soda with either water or diet soda they actually see diet soda produce more weight loss than water
