we do what we can get away with right so a lot of people you know typically I talk about this a lot in discussions and in talks that I give about how you know we tend to see what's the most amount of food I can eat at this meal and not to feel like crap or what's the most amount of this cheesecake I can have and not you know blow up or what's the most amount I can eat over a course of several days and not gain weight so we tend to we go right up to the edge of what we can do
