some people will will not gain weight eating lots of carbohydrates well if they're eating lots of carbohydrates their liver glycogen is always full but if they're very low fat they won't store the fat you have to kind of you know if you if there's over feeding studies with carbohydrates showing that we won't really store the fat to any significant degree de novo lipogenesis doesn't really happen if we're eating mostly carbs but as we're saying eating a lot of carbs is probably not a good idea because you want that liver glycogen to be low sometimes you want there to be aa fatigue but in terms of weight loss that strategy can work a high carb low fat diet I'm not advocating for that
