the fat that wraps around our internal organs it's a very different fat than the subcutaneous fat and you know a premenopausal woman so we age matched and looked at visceral fat levels measuring it with the uh um dexus scanner you have about 8% of your fat as visceral as a premenopausal person and then when you go through the transition it's 23% wow with no changes in diet and exercise
