one of the reasons that we think gastric bypass works for humans is that when you do the gastric bypass you cut away some of the stomach and you take the intestines and you loop them in a special way sometimes it's called a rue and y gastric bypass but when you cut away part of the stomach you have to cut away branches of the vagus nerve and this is a nerve that runs from the stomach to the brain and there's also thinking that this these cannabinoids that occur from the diet get into that vagus nerve and will trigger in the brain appetite and loss of satiety
