people don't necessarily have a difficult time losing the weight it is this um inability to keep it off um and a lot of that is actually um I guess the reasons that it occurs is because typically outside you know good governance of a good coach um people do things in such extremes so they've done everything wrong during their Diet phase and the consequence is they've lost a lot of muscle mass during that fat loss that negatively impacts their basil metabolic rat and now their metabolism um is you know their body's requirements are a lot less um they're coming up against hormonal changes that impact their appetite regulating hormones
