fish oil is a combination of epa icosapentanoic acid docosahexanoic acid these are omega-3 polyunsaturated long-chain fatty acids and they are highly susceptible to oxidation your body can get plenty of these from meat i'll say it again your body can get plenty of these fatty acids from meat this is very clear you do not need to eat fish much of which is high in heavy metals to get these nor do you need to supplement with fish oil
