maybe don't eat flax seeds you guys not a good source of omega-3s tons of lignans and phytoestrogens and other things as well in summary ingestion of flax oil and milflaxy delivered significant levels of ala whereas whole flax seeds did not whole seed and oil preparations induce gi side effects within four weeks these were severe enough to induce withdrawal of some subjects no one went through from the group that ingested flaxseed meal but if you look at the levels here levels of epa and dha did not increase no significant increase was detected in plasma epa and dha in any of the flax-fed groups
