I would not recommend getting omega-3 from supplements they're highly oxidized I think we should get in our food and we also don't need to over consume I don't think we should home or consume Omega threes you guys it creates a big stress on the body to keep those polyunsaturated fatty acids from becoming oxidized we need some but I think we can get it from food egg yolks grass-fed animal fat is fine occasional seafood I think you'll be fine on omega-3s I would not recommend supplements
