What are the dosage that you recommend people get? I think two grams is um is a good threshold.
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
Usually, it's around two grams a day to get you from low to high.
An omega-3 index of 8% is the target - that means approximately 2 grams per day for most people.
People with a high omega-3 index (~10%) have about a 50% lower risk of Alzheimer’s disease compared with those at the low end (~4%).
Practically, it may take roughly 2 g/day of omega-3s to move from a low omega-3 index toward that higher, more protective range.
Aim for an omega-3 index ≥8% via ~1.5–2 g/day EPA+DHA (or high seafood).
And when we're talking about going from a low omega-3 index to a high omega-3 index, we're not talking about a lot. 1.5 to two grams of a high quality fish oil supplement is easy to do.
And so again, what Bill found is that individuals that had a high omega-3 index had about a 50% reduced risk of Alzheimer's disease compared to people with a low omega-3 index.
If they supplement, it seems as though if they're taking a triglyceride form, a little bit, maybe 1.5 to two grams a day. Um, I like to say two grams a day is really to be safe, but um, two grams a day of omega-3 fatty acids seem to get people from a low to a high omega-3, you know, index level.
So that's probably why when you get up to that high omega-3 index, which we'll talk about, it takes about two grams a day to get to that high omega-3 index.
