I think if you're eating low amounts of linoleic acid you don't have to worry about supplementing with omega-3s the point of this video is to say don't over something with omega-3s because as you saw in the first study I showed that can cause excess let the peroxidation you don't want that you don't need that if you don't have a ton of linoleic acid
