but i'm still gonna incorporate organs meat um i'm gonna i'm not gonna eat veggies anymore i think i mean i don't think i i i'm gonna eat fruit but i don't think i'm gonna go crazy on veggie i might go eat pasta times two times eat cakes chocolate but i'm gonna definitely be more aware of what i eat
uh i've i've heard joe rogan and a couple of my friends have tried it um so uh yeah so what i do basically is i try to eat a lot of organs liver heart kidneys trips include that in my diet
