my homocysteine has been quite low in the very optimal range with only liver and organ meats and my carnivore diet
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.

I have an ID methylfolate in five months and my homocysteine is 7 so that's really and I'm not taking any supplements right now I mean I'm taking electrolytes but I'm not taking any folate I'm just eating animal foods and my homocysteine is 7
i think that this is an indication that more organs like heart and liver should be added back to the diet
when i'm eating enough raw liver per day an ounce half an ounce a day that keeps my homocysteine at seven with no supplementation of almethylfolate in my diet
i think that this is an indication that more organs like heart and liver should be added back to the diet either desiccated or fresh fresh is always best
my homocysteine is lower it's 10.9 now because I've been eating a little more liver I'm still eating about half an ounce a day to an ounce a day I expect that to keep going down
