Organ meats like LIVER contain growth factors and peptides that can actually benefit the corresponding organs in humans. https://t.co/2cN7z8wVDu
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
I do think their problem their products are valuable and I certainly believe in nose-to-tail I believe that we should be eating more of these organs and I think the ancestral supplements stuff are a great way to achieve this
in my mind organ meats are the best supplement that we can use you know liver heart kidneys spleen pancreas these are the best supplements that we can use just because of the new density in these organs and you know the way that they are going to compliment them the ore minerals and vitamins and growth factors of peptides that we are finding in the mussel meat now
get the nose to tail get organs get them fresh get them desiccated if you need
i want to eat as much of the animal as possible but i can't always get a pancreas or a spleen
i cannot tell you how many people tell me tell me i can't tell you how many people tell me that when they add organs like liver and heart and kidney and pancreas and spleen in their diet they are leveled up they get so much they feel so much better
and i like beef organs as kind of an overall multivitamin with heart liver kidney spleen and pancreas
I love hearing that people are improving with organs they're so valuable so few of us get the nutrients and things like heart and liver spleen pancreas and kidney all of which are in beef organs
so many of the organs from animals are beneficial for humans
There are unique nutrients found in organs that are difficult to obtain in muscle meat and that are often not even found in plants at all liver is the organ that most people start with you don't need much even half an ounce a day a few ounces a week but if you include liver in your diet even a little bit per day you're going to have a much easier time getting a ton of unique things that are probably only found in organs like growth factors and peptides which we're just now beginning to understand the value of
