so I'll take the liver I just got like seven pounds I'm going to post about it on Instagram tomorrow I like seven pounds of organic grass-fed liver from the grocery store and I just cut it up into like small pieces like an ounce maybe two ounces and I'll eat like two to three ounces of liver a day now and then I'll chop that two ounces frozen into like little pills siiz things and then I'll just eat them over the course of like two minutes with some water so I just put down like raw liver
