Baseline analysis revealed bilateral shoulder labral degenerative tears with paralabral cysts, tendinosis of the supraspinatus rotator cuff with subacromial bursitis, bilateral knee chondromalacia patella with effusion/bursitis, and bilateral hip gluteus medius tendinosis and Cam impingement syndrome.
